Your body is like a car. Without gas, your car doesn't go anywhere. Without food, your body doesn't go anywhere. Without things like motor oil, transmission fluid & spark plugs, your car doesn't run well. The same is true for your body, without good sources of fruits/vegetables, carbohydrates & proteins, your body doesn't function well. Sometimes the problem isn't how much you put in your body, its what your putting in your body and sometimes the problem isn't what your putting in your body, its that your not putting enough of it in your body.
