benefits of a good night of sleep
Research indicates that adolescents should get 9 1/4 hours of sleep each night. Getting 9 hours of sleep each night helps you concentrate better in class and on the playing field, increases your ability to learn and make smart decisions, improves your mental state/mood, helps your body recover quicker from strenuous exercise and contributes to reducing illness/injury.
