1. Safety & Technique ALWAYS comes before amount of weight lifted. Use proper technique, weight lifting collars and a spotter at all times.
2. Respect - Every athlete, staff member and all equipment at Lexington High School. Your daily actions and words will be how others remember you so make sure you are remembered in a positive way.
3. Take pride in LHS - Leave the facility better than how you found it. Always return items used to their proper area in the weight room.
4. The facility is used for intense workouts, not for socializing. Be intense the minute you walk through the door. How you train will have a large effect on your success on the field/court/mat.
5. Develop a strong line of communication with your strength coach, sport coaches and Athletic Trainer. Communication can solve problems and creates goals being met.
