LHS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Minuteman/minutemaid healthy body rules

eat breakfast everyday
drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily
eat every meal and 2 snacks per day
eat a fruit and/or vegetable at every meal and snack
limit fast food intake to 1 time per week
get 9 hours of sleep each night
recovery nutrition - eat after every workout
no alcohol or drug intake
