Objectives
1. Implement proper weight lifting technique to minimize/eliminate injuries.
2. Design and administer strength, conditioning, agility, flexibility and nutrition programs to improve athletic performance and reduce injuries.
3. Design and administer training programs which develop the whole athlete in pursuing their athletic and sport specific goals.
4. Educate athletes on the importance of safe and effective training and training habits.
5. Educate athletes about general health and provide them with knowledge needed for life after sports.
