Monday/Wednesday/Friday's are designated lifting days during the summer weight room. Athletes must attend all lifting days for summer 100% attendance credit.
Tuesday/Thursday's are designated conditioning days during the summer weight room. Athletes must attend one conditioning day each week for summer 100% attendance credit.
Blitz session occur during the night weight room sessions on Monday and Wednesday from 6-7:15pm. These sessions provide athletes the ability to make-up for missed days in the weight room or to get an extra workout in that day. They are short, single joint exercise workouts with more aggressive mobility work included during these sessions. Athlete must attend 2 Blitz sessions to make-up for 1 missed day in the weight room.
