two levels of Strength & Conditioning classes are offered 7 class periods each school day.
Beginning Strength and Conditioning is an entry level class with the primary focus of students becoming proficient in basic movement patterns. Students must be proficient in basic movement patterns and be in good standing to advance to advanced strength and conditioning. advanced strength and conditioning's Primary focus is to maintain proper movement patterns and increase strength. student-athletes at Lexington high school are highly encouraged to be enrolled in a strength & Conditioning class.

Powerlifting
Powerlifting is an activity that occurs during the winter sports season (November - March). Athletes travel to 4-5 competitions during the season and conclude the season at the RAW state and class b state powerlifting meets in february and march.
